1. Agreement to Terms These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.ah-rin.com and all purchases made from AH-RIN ENTERPRISES LLC (“AH-RIN”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the website. These Terms apply to all customers globally.

AH-RIN is an e-commerce retailer offering authentic Korean beauty and skincare products. Fulfilment, packing, and dispatch are performed in Seoul, South Korea, through our authorized fulfilment center.
3. Eligibility By using the website or purchasing products, you confirm that:
· You are at least 18 years old
· You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
· You will use products for personal use only unless formally approved as a reseller
· All information provided during checkout or account creation is accurate
We may refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access if false or misleading information is provided or suspected.
4. Product Information & Authenticity
· All products are sourced from authorized Korean suppliers or licensed distributors.
· Manufacturers may update packaging, formulations, or labels without notice.
· Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the shipped item.
· Skincare results vary based on individual skin type and usage.
· AH-RIN does not provide medical or dermatological advice.
Customers must review ingredient lists and perform patch testing before full use.
5. Pricing, Currency & Payment
· Prices are displayed in your local currency (e.g., GBP, EUR, USD) by default via Shopify's conversion tool.
· Prices may change at any time without notice.
· Payment must be completed at checkout before orders are processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to:
· Pricing or listing errors
· Suspected fraud or chargeback risk
· Incorrect customer information
· Stock shortages or supply delays
· System or processing errors
If an order is cancelled, a refund will be issued unless fraudulent activity is suspected.
6. Shipping & Delivery All orders are processed and shipped from Seoul, South Korea. Shipping is governed by the AH-RIN Global Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6.1 Processing Times
· Processing time: 0–2 business days
· Tracking details are issued once dispatched
· Orders cannot be edited, modified, or cancelled after submission
6.2 Delivery Estimates Delivery times vary based on destination, courier, customs procedures, and local postal systems. Times quoted are estimates only.
AH-RIN is not responsible for delays caused by:
· Customs inspections
· Weather or force majeure
· Courier backlogs
· Remote delivery locations
· Peak season congestion
7. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Regulations All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The customer is responsible for:
· Import VAT
· Customs duties
· Clearance fees
· Inspection fees
· Courier disbursement charges
If these fees are not paid:
· Parcels may be returned to origin or destroyed
· Shipping fees are non-refundable
· Return shipping and customs charges will be deducted from any refund
Certain countries restrict ingredients such as alcohol, snail mucin, or animal-derived extracts. Customers must confirm local compliance before purchasing. AH-RIN is not liable for customs rejections or ingredient-related import bans.
8. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed strictly by the AH-RIN International Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8.1 Conditions Cosmetics may only be returned if:
· Unopened, unused, and factory-sealed
· In original packaging
· Approved in writing by AH-RIN
Opened or used skincare products are strictly non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons (in accordance with UK/EU hygiene exemption laws).
8.2 Statutory Rights (UK & EU Customers) UK and EU customers have specific rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU distance selling regulations, including a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject strictly to the hygiene restrictions and sealed-product rules outlined in Section 8.1.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items Customers must report any issues and provide:
· Order number
· Photographic/video evidence
· Tracking number
· Description of the issue
· UK & EU Customers: Must report faulty/incorrect goods within 30 days of delivery.
· All Other Regions: Must report issues within 7 days of delivery.
If verified, AH-RIN may offer:
· A replacement
· A refund, or
· Store credit
Resolution may depend on courier or warehouse investigation.
10. Intellectual Property All website content—including text, product descriptions, logos, trademarks, images, videos, and design—belongs to AH-RIN ENTERPRISES LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, resell, or exploit any content without written permission.
11. Website Use & Prohibited Conduct You may not:
· Engage in fraudulent or suspicious activity
· Provide false or misleading information
· Attempt to bypass website security
· Harvest or scrape website data
· Misuse discount codes or promotions
· Interfere with website operations
· Attempt chargeback abuse
AH-RIN may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws:

· We are not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or variations in skincare results.
· We are not liable for courier delays, customs actions, or force majeure events.
· Risk of loss transfers to the customer once delivered to the address provided.
· Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.
14. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence (such as those in the UK and EU), international customers agree that the courts of the State of Wyoming have jurisdiction.
15. Amendments AH-RIN may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website.
