AH-RIN Global Shipping & Delivery Policy

Applies to: United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Australia & New Zealand.

AH-RIN ENTERPRISES LLC ships globally through our authorized fulfilment partner in Seoul, South Korea. All parcels are picked, packed, and dispatched by our Suppliers in accordance with international courier standards and third-party logistics regulations.

This policy governs all orders placed on www.ah-rin.com.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing time: 0–3 business days
  • Processing may extend during peak seasons, public holidays, supply consolidation, or quality checks
  • Orders cannot be edited, cancelled, or modified once placed
  • Tracking details are issued once the parcel has been handed over to the courier
  • AH-RIN is not liable for delays caused by:
    • customs
    • courier congestion
    • force majeure events
    • incorrect address information

2. Shipping Methods

Shipping availability varies by country.

A) Express Courier (DHL / FedEx / EMS Premium)

  • Estimated transit: 3–10 business days
  • Fully tracked
  • Priority handling
  • Required for destinations where K-Packet is unavailable

B) K-Packet (Registered Economy Air Mail)

  • Estimated transit: 2–3 weeks
  • Tracked (less frequent updates)
  • More economical
  • Not available for high-restriction regions

Delivery estimates exclude customs clearance time.

3. Shipping Fees (Per Order)

Fees apply per order, not per item, regardless of weight or quantity.

4. Customs Duties, VAT & Import Taxes

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Customers are responsible for paying:

  • Import VAT
  • Customs duties
  • Clearance charges
  • Courier disbursement fees
  • Any government inspection fees

If customs fees are not paid:

  • Parcels may be returned, rejected, or destroyed by customs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return courier + clearance fees will be deducted from any applicable refund
  • AH-RIN cannot intervene in customs decisions

These rules apply to all international destinations.

5. Ingredient Restrictions (Middle Eastern Regions)

Some Middle Eastern countries strictly regulate cosmetic ingredients.

Common restrictions include:

  • Alcohol-based formulas
  • Heavy fragrance products
  • Snail mucin (Kuwait particularly strict)
  • Pig-derived collagen
  • Non-Halal certified ingredients

AH-RIN does not verify Halal or religious compliance.

Customers in restricted regions must verify:

  • Ingredient acceptability
  • Local import regulations
  • Compliance requirements

No refunds will be issued for parcels rejected due to ingredient-related restrictions.

6. Difficult & Restricted Countries

A) Difficult Countries

Higher likelihood of:

  • Slow customs
  • Additional duties
  • Delivery delays
  • Return-to-sender incidents

Examples: Egypt, Mexico, Chile, Bahrain

B) Restricted Countries — No Shipping

Due to sanctions, instability, courier restrictions, or regulatory bans.

Examples include: Syria, Iran, Iraq, Yemen, Algeria, Bangladesh, Nigeria, and others.

AH-RIN does not ship to restricted destinations under any circumstances.

7. Tracking Information

  • Tracking is emailed after dispatch
  • Activation may take 24–72 hours
  • K-Packet updates may be delayed or infrequent
  • Local postal systems may update tracking differently
  • Once a parcel is handed to the courier, AH-RIN cannot alter routing or delivery speed

8. Delivery Issues

Subject to applicable UK and EU consumer protection laws, AH-RIN is generally not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Local courier performance
  • Customs delays
  • Remote region surcharges
  • Courier inability to contact the recipient
  • Returned parcels (handled under Remorse Returns)

Customers must verify address accuracy during checkout.

9. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.

Provide:

  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Photographic evidence (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue

If validated (and in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 for UK buyers), AH-RIN will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement shipment
  • Refund
  • Store credit

Resolutions depend on courier investigation and our Supplier confirmation.

10. Returns & Remorse Returns

Parcels returned due to:

  • Unpaid customs
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Inability to contact recipient
  • Delivery refusal

Will be processed as follows:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return courier + customs handling fees will be deducted
  • Refunds issued only after Supplier confirms the return

International Remorse Returns (Change of Mind):

  • UK & EU Customers: Under UK and EU consumer protection laws, you are legally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal (remorse return) from the date of delivery.
  • All Other Regions: International remorse returns are not accepted unless AH-RIN approves them in writing.
