AH-RIN International Returns & Refunds Policy

Applies to: United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Australia, New Zealand & All International Customers.

AH-RIN ENTERPRISES LLC handles each international order with great care to ensure that your Korean beauty products arrive safely and maintain their integrity during global transit.

Because cross-border logistics involve multiple carriers, customs authorities, and varying regulatory environments, international returns must follow strict guidelines. This Policy applies to all international destinations AH-RIN ships to.

1. What Can Be Returned? Due to strict hygiene standards, cosmetic safety rules, and customs restrictions, AH-RIN only accepts returns under strict conditions.

Eligible returns must meet all criteria:

Product is unopened, unused, and factory-sealed

Packaging is intact, undamaged, and untampered

Return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery for UK/EU customers, or 7 days for                      

       all other regions

AH-RIN approves the request and issues a Return Authorization (RA)

Item is returned to our fulfilment center in South Korea following our instructions

Non-eligible returns include:

Opened, used, tested, or unsealed items (Strictly prohibited by UK/EU hygiene exemption                                     

       laws)

Items contaminated or exposed to heat/moisture

Customer-damaged items

Clearance, final-sale, or promotional items

Parcels returned due to unpaid customs

Parcels confiscated or destroyed by customs

Items rejected due to ingredient regulations in your country

These rules protect product hygiene, international safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

2. Returns Due to Customs Refusal Customs authorities in each country operate independently. AH-RIN cannot influence or override customs decisions. A parcel may be returned when:

·        Import duties/VAT are not paid

·        Customs rejects ingredients

·        The customer fails to provide documents/certifications required locally

·        Customs imposes rules beyond AH-RIN’s control

In such cases (subject to applicable consumer protection laws):

·        🚫 Shipping fees are non-refundable

·        🚫 Return courier fees are deducted from the refund

·        🚫 Additional customs handling fees may apply

·        A refund is issued only after our fulfilment center confirms receipt in South Korea

·        A refund is issued only if the product returns in resalable condition

If customs destroys, rejects, or abandons the parcel:

No refund can be issued (Customs do not return seized goods.)

3. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, report it immediately.

·        UK & EU Customers: Within 30 days of delivery (in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 short-term right to reject).

·        All Other Regions: Within 7 days of delivery.

Provide:

·        Order number

·        Clear photos of the parcel + items

·        Tracking number

·        Description of the issue

Once verified by AH-RIN and our warehouse team, you will receive:

A replacement shipment (preferred), or

A refund or store credit

Customers will not be charged when the issue is caused by AH-RIN, the courier, or our fulfilment center.

4. Lost Parcels & Delivery Delays International tracking may vary by region. You may see:

·        Slow or inconsistent tracking

·        Customs delays

·        Seasonal processing delays

·        Longer timelines in highly restricted countries

If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, AH-RIN will:  

Replace the order, or

Issue a refund

If tracking shows "Delivery Failed," "Incorrect Address," "Recipient Unavailable," or "Refused by Recipient," the parcel is treated as a Remorse Return (see Section 5).

5. Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind / Remorse) Due to international logistics and cosmetic hygiene rules, change-of-mind returns operate under the following regional rules:

UK & EU Customers (Statutory Right of Withdrawal): Under UK and EU consumer protection laws, you have the legal right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason.

·        Hygiene Exemption: This right is voided the moment the factory seal is broken or the product is opened.

·        You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our fulfilment center.

·        Original standard shipping fees are refundable if the entire order is returned.

All Other Regions (USA, Canada, Middle East, APAC, etc.): Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. Exceptions may be approved strictly on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the customer is responsible for:

·        Return courier costs

·        All customs duties on return

·        Administrative handling fees

·        Original shipping fees (non-refundable)

Refunds are issued only after inspection and confirmation that the product is resalable.

6. Ingredient Restrictions & Customs Denials Some regions enforce strict ingredient regulations (especially Middle Eastern countries, India, and Latin America). Restrictions may include:

·        Alcohol percentages

·        Fragrance concentration

·        Snail mucin or pig-derived collagen

·        Non-Halal formulas

·        Additives prohibited locally

AH-RIN does not guarantee product approval by customs. Therefore:

·        Customers must confirm ingredient legality before purchase

·        No refund applies for customs-based rejections

·        No compensation applies for seized or destroyed parcels

Unapproved returns cannot be processed and will be rejected by the warehouse.

8. Refund Processing Time Once an authorized return is received and inspected:

·        AH-RIN processes refunds within 3–5 business days (and legally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods for UK/EU buyers).

·        Banks/payment gateways may take 5–10 days to credit refunds.

·        Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

·        Store credit may be provided where appropriate.

9. Fraud Prevention & Risk Monitoring To protect product integrity and prevent abuse, AH-RIN may:

·        Request verification

·        Investigate refund patterns

·        Decline suspicious requests

·        Suspend accounts for abuse or repeated claims

·        Cooperate with courier and payment-processor investigations

These measures align with Shopify Fraud Analysis, international consumer protection laws, and payment-gateway dispute rules.
