South Africa Returns & Refunds Policy

This Policy applies to orders delivered in South Africa and is written to align with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), including the CPA hygiene/safety exception for cosmetics.

1. Change of Mind

For sealed cosmetics that have not been opened or used, you may request a return within a reasonable period after delivery, subject to inspection. Products must be:

• unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging;
• in a condition suitable for resale.

2. Hygiene & Safety Exception

Because cosmetic products are applied to the body and face, once opened they cannot be safely inspected, resold or confirmed uncontaminated. For this reason, returns of opened products are limited to statutory rights relating to unsafe or defective goods.

3. Defective or Unsafe Goods

If a product is defective under the CPA (for example damaged before opening or unsafe as supplied), please contact us immediately with photos and details. Where required by law, we will inspect and, if confirmed, repair, replace or refund the product.

4. Allergies, Intolerance & Reactions

Reactions or intolerance can occur with any cosmetic product and do not mean the product is defective. We cannot accept returns of opened products based on sensitivity, irritation or dislike of texture or fragrance.

5. Process for Returns

• Contact us first with your order number and reason for return.
• We will confirm whether the item is return-eligible and provide instructions.
• Returned items will be inspected before a refund or replacement is processed.

6. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are normally non-refundable once a parcel has been dispatched, unless we made an error or the law requires otherwise.
