These Terms of Service set out the conditions under which you may purchase products from AH-RIN through our Website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your country to place orders on our Website.

2. Products & Pricing

• We take reasonable care to describe products and display prices accurately.
• Prices may change from time to time and may differ by region or currency.
• If we discover a material pricing or description error after you place an order, we may contact you to confirm or cancel before dispatch.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy products. We accept your offer when we dispatch the order and send a confirmation email.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if, for example:

• products are out of stock;
• payment is not authorised;
• fraud or misuse is suspected;
• shipping to your address is not available;
• there is a clear error in pricing or product information.

4. Payment

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds and remedies for defective or unsuitable goods are governed by:

• South Africa Returns & Refunds Policy (for deliveries within South Africa);
• International Returns & Refunds Policy (for international deliveries);
• Warranty & Defective Goods Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including logos, images, text, layouts and graphics (excluding brand-owned assets where applicable) is owned by or licensed to AH-RIN and may not be used without permission.

8. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Website must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and UGC Policy. You may not misuse the Website or engage in unlawful or harmful activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AH-RIN is not liable for:

• indirect, incidental or consequential losses not reasonably foreseeable;

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where such limitation or exclusion is not allowed by law, including liability for unsafe goods, gross negligence or unlawful conduct.

These Terms are governed by South African law, unless the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country require otherwise.
