International Returns & Refunds Policy

This Policy applies to orders shipped outside South Africa and should be read with our International Duties, Taxes & Customs Policy, Warranty & Defective Goods Policy and Payment, Billing & Dispute Policy.

1. Sealed Product Returns

Subject to destination-specific limitations, we may accept returns of sealed, unused products that are physically returned to us in resellable condition. Please contact us before sending any items back.

2. Opened Cosmetics

Opened cosmetics cannot usually be returned due to hygiene and safety requirements. This includes products opened only “to test them”.

3. Customs & Duties

If customs refuses or permanently holds your parcel, or destroys it, and it is not returned to us, we cannot inspect the product and a refund is normally not possible. Where a parcel is returned to us sealed, we will handle it as described above.

4. Lost or Damaged International Parcels

If your order is lost or significantly damaged in transit, contact us with photos and tracking details. We will investigate with the courier and offer a fair remedy in line with our Warranty & Defective Goods Policy.
