AH-RIN Warranty & Defective Goods Policy

This Warranty & Defective Goods Policy explains how AH-RIN ENTERPRISES LLC (“AH-RIN”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles claims relating to defective goods, manufacturing faults, and product integrity concerns.
This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service, Returns Policies, Medical Disclaimer, and International Duties & Customs Policy.
1. Overview Skincare and cosmetic products differ from electronic goods or appliances — they do not carry traditional long-term warranties.
However, AH-RIN honors all statutory obligations required under:
· Applicable UK and EU consumer protection laws (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015)
· International consumer regulations
· Shopify & payment-gateway policies
· Cosmetic safety and hygiene standards
We provide remedies only for genuine manufacturing defects or factory issues, subject to the conditions below.
2. What Qualifies as a Defective Product A product may be deemed “defective” if AH-RIN determines that:
✔ It contains a genuine manufacturing fault, such as:
· Broken pump or faulty dispenser
· Severely damaged packaging upon arrival affecting the product inside
· Internal leakage caused during manufacture
· Incorrect or missing product inside sealed packaging
· Severe quality irregularities identifiable as factory defects
✔ AND the defect existed at the time it left the manufacturer (not after shipping, storage, or customer use).
✔ AND the item is reported within 30 days of delivery for UK/EU customers or 7 days for all other regions (with clear photo/video proof).
Claims outside of these respective windows fall under the standard Returns Policies.
3. What Does Not Qualify as a Defect The following are not considered defects and will not be covered:
❌ Allergic reactions, sensitivities, or breakouts (covered under the Medical & Cosmetic Disclaimer Policy)
❌ Normal cosmetic variations, including:
· Packaging or label updates by the manufacturer
· Minor dents or superficial marks from international transit
· Color, scent, or texture variations that are typical for skincare
· Separation of formulas (normal in some serums/creams)
❌ Damage caused after delivery:
· Exposure to heat, sunlight, moisture, or humidity
· Opening, using, testing, or tampering
· Improper storage
· Customer mishandling
❌ Products rejected or destroyed by customs (covered under the International Duties & Customs Policy)
❌ Products that failed patch tests (Patch-testing is the customer’s responsibility)
❌ Expired products due to prolonged customer storage (including leaving products in warm environments)
4. International Transit Considerations All orders are dispatched directly from our authorized fulfilment partner in South Korea. During international transit, parcels may experience:
· Minor cosmetic wear on outer boxes
· Slight denting or creasing
· Temperature fluctuations
· Reduced air pressure
These do not qualify as defects, as they do not affect product integrity or safety.
5. Middle Eastern, Religious & Ingredient Restrictions Customers in regions that apply stricter rules — including but not limited to the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia — must verify:
· Ingredient acceptance
· Halal compliance
· Country-specific import restrictions
· Local bans on alcohol, snail mucin, or animal-derived ingredients
AH-RIN is not responsible for:
· Religious non-compliance
· Customs seizure
· Ingredient-based rejections
· Products denied entry under local authority rules
These matters do not constitute defects and are not eligible for refunds.
6. Reporting a Defective Product Defect claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (UK/EU) or 7 days (All other regions).

· Photos of packaging (inside & outside)
· Tracking number
· Detailed description of the issue
Unapproved returns cannot be processed.
7. How Defect Claims Are Evaluated AH-RIN will:
· Review all evidence
· Cross-check manufacturing patterns for that batch
· Consult with our fulfilment team when necessary
· Determine whether the issue is:
o A manufacturing defect
o A transit-related issue
o Customer misuse
o Environmental or cosmetics-typical behavior
If required, we may request:
· Additional photos
· Short videos
· Return of the product for inspection (customer-paid unless AH-RIN is at fault)
8. Resolution Options
If a product is verified as defective, AH-RIN will offer one of the following:
✔ Replacement (preferred, if stock is available)
✔ Refund to the original payment method
✔ Store credit of equivalent value
Note: The resolution method is determined at AH-RIN’s discretion, subject to your statutory consumer rights (for example, UK consumers exercising their 30-day short-term right to reject a faulty product are legally entitled to a full refund).
9. Limitations of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015):
· AH-RIN does not provide traditional long-term product warranties.
· We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
· We are not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse skincare effects.
· International shipping wear does not constitute a defect.
· Ingredient restrictions in foreign jurisdictions remain the customer’s responsibility.
· If a parcel is seized, inspected, or damaged by customs, this is not a defect.
This Policy applies in addition to the Terms of Service and Returns Policies.
10. Governing Law This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence (such as those protecting UK and EU consumers), international customers agree that the courts of the State of Wyoming have jurisdiction.
