  • Social media tags (e.g., #ahrinbeauty, @ah.rin.beauty)

  • Text/phone/social media submissions

  • Messages voluntarily shared with AH-RIN

1. Permission to Use UGC By submitting content to AH-RIN, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to:

  • Repost

  • Publish

  • Copy

  • Distribute

  • Modify

  • Display

  • Use in marketing

This includes usage on our:

  • Website

  • Social media channels

  • Email campaigns

  • Advertising

  • Printed materials

You may withdraw permission at any time by contacting us, in accordance with your data deletion rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

2. Prohibited UGC We do not accept content that:

  • Is offensive, abusive, or discriminatory

  • Contains nudity or unsafe content

  • Includes private or sensitive personal information

  • Violates copyright or intellectual property rights

  • Contains medical claims (e.g., claiming a product cures acne, eczema, or other medical conditions)

  • Encourages misuse of skincare products

3. Review Moderation To maintain authenticity and comply with international consumer protection and advertising standards, AH-RIN may:

  • Approve or reject reviews based on compliance with this Policy

  • Remove spam or fake reviews

  • Hide reviews violating policy guidelines

We never pay for reviews. All reviews must reflect a genuine, verified customer experience.
