User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

This Policy governs reviews, comments, photos, routines and other content submitted by users on or through the AH-RIN Website.

1. What Counts as UGC

User-generated content includes (for example):

• product ratings and written reviews;
• photos or videos of products purchased from us;
• routine descriptions or tips (cosmetic-only);
• questions and feedback posted publicly.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not submit UGC that:

• contains medical advice, diagnosis or treatment claims;
• claims products cure, treat or prevent disease;
• is abusive, harassing, hateful or defamatory;
• is misleading or fraudulent;
• infringes any copyright, trademark or other IP right;
• encourages unsafe product use or illegal activity.

3. Cosmetic-Only Standard

You may describe your personal cosmetic experience (for example how a product felt on your skin), but you must not present UGC as medical guidance or suitability for specific conditions.

4. Review Integrity

UGC must be honest and based on your own experience. You must not:

• post false or exaggerated claims to obtain refunds or benefits;
• threaten unfair negative reviews to force a specific outcome;
• submit reviews about products you did not purchase or use.

5. Moderation

We may review, edit, hide or remove UGC that breaches this Policy, legal requirements or platform rules, or that poses a safety or fraud risk.

6. Ownership & Licence

You retain ownership of your UGC, but by submitting it you grant AH-RIN a non-exclusive right to display it on the Website and use it in connection with our services (for example featuring reviews on product pages), subject to our Privacy & POPIA Policy.
