This Parallel Import Notice explains how AH-RIN ENTERPRISES LLC (“AH-RIN”, “we”, “us”, “our”) sources, imports, and offers Korean beauty and skincare products for sale.
This Notice forms part of the Terms of Service, Returns Policies, Medical Disclaimer, and International Duties & Customs Policy.
1. What Is a Parallel Import? A “parallel import” is a genuine product lawfully purchased overseas and imported into the United Kingdom, the European Union, or other countries without using the manufacturer’s local authorized distributor.
Parallel imports are:
✔ Legal under applicable UK, EU, and international trade laws (exhaustion of intellectual property rights)
✔ Genuine, authentic products made by the original brand
✔ Sourced from authorized suppliers abroad
Parallel imports are not counterfeit and not grey-market goods.
2. Our Supply Chain & Authenticity AH-RIN imports genuine Korean beauty products directly from manufacturers, authorized wholesale partners, or licensed distributors in South Korea.
All products are dispatched from our fulfilment center in South Korea. To protect our supplier relationships and prevent unfair competitive interference:
· We do not disclose individual wholesalers or distributor identities.
· We do not publish sourcing lists, invoices, or supplier documentation.
This is standard practice for parallel import retailers globally.
3. Authenticity Guarantee All products sold by AH-RIN are:
✔ Authentic
✔ Factory-sealed
✔ Unopened
✔ Supplied by authorized channels in South Korea
We do not sell:
❌ Counterfeit goods
❌ “Fake imports”
❌ Reproductions or imitations
❌ Decanted products
❌ Tester units or bulk samples masquerading as retail stock
We guarantee that all products are original and sourced from reputable suppliers.
4. Manufacturer Warranties May Not Apply Because products are imported directly from South Korea and not from local UK or EU distributors:
· The local branch of a brand may choose not to honour their local warranty.
· Manufacturer warranties and guarantees may be region-specific.
· Packaging, labels, or formulations may differ from versions sold in Western retail stores.
This is normal for parallel imports and does not affect authenticity. AH-RIN will honour all statutory obligations required by the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applicable EU consumer laws relating to defective goods (see Warranty & Defective Goods Policy).
5. Packaging, Labels & Formulations May Vary by Region Brands occasionally release different versions for:
· South Korea
· Europe
· the United States
· the Middle East
· ASEAN regions
Therefore:
✔ Ingredients may differ continent-to-continent
✔ Packaging languages may vary
✔ Box designs may differ from UK or EU retail versions
These variations do not indicate that the product is counterfeit or altered.
6. Ingredient & Religious Compliance (Middle East, Asia, EU, etc.) Some regions — particularly the Middle East — enforce restrictions on:
· Alcohol
· Fragrance levels
· Snail mucin
· Collagen from animal / porcine sources
· Non-Halal certified ingredients
· Skin lightening actives
· Non-approved preservatives
Because AH-RIN imports directly from Korea, AH-RIN does not guarantee:
❌ Halal certification
❌ Kosher certification
❌ Region-specific ingredient compliance
❌ Religious acceptability
❌ Local regulatory approval for resale
Customers must verify acceptability before purchasing. AH-RIN is not responsible for:
· Customs seizure
· Ingredient-based rejection
· Religious non-compliance
· Fines or inspection issues
· Parcels destroyed or returned by customs
These matters do not constitute defects or grounds for refunds. (See International Duties & Customs Policy.)
7. No Alterations or Repackaging AH-RIN does not alter, modify, dilute, repackage, or relabel any products. All products are shipped in:
✔ Original factory packaging
✔ Sealed units
✔ Brand-issued documentation where applicable
We do not engage in any activities that would compromise product authenticity.
8. Legal Rights & Consumer Protections Parallel importation is legal in the United Kingdom, the European Union, and most international regions. Under UK and EU consumer protection laws:
✔ Parallel imports must be clearly disclosed
✔ Products must be authentic
✔ Sellers must honor statutory defect-related obligations
AH-RIN fully complies with these requirements.
9. Limitations of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015):
· AH-RIN is not liable for manufacturer warranty limitations.
· AH-RIN is not responsible for any region-specific compliance failures.
· AH-RIN does not guarantee acceptance by local distributors or service centers.
· Ingredient restrictions in foreign jurisdictions remain the customer’s responsibility.
This Notice applies globally unless prohibited by local law.
10. Governing Law This Notice is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence (such as those in the UK and EU), international customers agree that disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming.
