This Policy explains how AH-RIN ENTERPRISES LLC (“AH-RIN”, “we”, “us”, “our”) responds to copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws.
1. Our Intellectual Property AH-RIN owns or licenses rights to all:
· Website content
· Product descriptions
· Banner artwork
· Brand images
· Artisan photography
· Marketing material
· Packaging and brand assets
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice) If you believe your copyrighted material appears on our site without permission, send a “DMCA Takedown Notice” to: 📧 Email: support@ah-rin.com Subject Line: DMCA Takedown Request
Include:
· Your full name and contact details
· Identification of the copyrighted work
· The exact URL(s) of the alleged infringement
· A statement of good faith belief
· A sworn statement that the information is accurate
· Proof of ownership or authorization
Incomplete notices cannot be processed.
3. Counter-Notice Procedure If you believe your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to support@ah-rin.com including:
· Your details
· The removed content
· A statement under penalty of perjury
· Agreement to the jurisdiction of the federal courts of the State of Wyoming, USA
We may restore the content after 10–14 business days if no formal legal action is initiated.
4. Repeat Offenders We reserve the right to:
· Suspend accounts
· Block access
· Terminate services For repeated or malicious infringements.
