AH-RIN Acceptable Use Policy

Applies to: United Kingdom, European Union & All International Customers

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) explains prohibited activities, user obligations, and behavior standards when accessing www.ah-rin.com (“Site”), using AH-RIN’s services, contacting support, or interacting with our digital systems.

This AUP forms part of AH-RIN’s Terms of Service and must be complied with at all times.

1. Prohibited Conduct To protect AH-RIN ENTERPRISES LLC (“AH-RIN”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and our customers, users may not engage in any activity that:

1.1 Fraud or Misrepresentation Includes:

  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment cards

  • Making false claims or chargebacks

  • Manipulating shipping or address information

  • Providing fake documentation

  • Impersonating another person

  • Filing fraudulent return/refund requests

1.2 Abuse of Support or Staff Includes:

  • Threats, harassment, or abusive language

  • Spamming support channels

  • Misusing WhatsApp or phone support

  • Attempting to coerce policy exceptions AH-RIN reserves the right to refuse service in such cases.

1.3 Technical Misuse Users may not:

  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or bypass security

  • Access the Site using bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automation (unless permitted by robots.txt)

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • Perform DDoS or brute-force attempts

  • Attempt to tamper with checkout, discounts, or cart logic

1.4 Content Violations Users may not upload or transmit:

  • Defamatory, discriminatory, or abusive content

  • Malware or harmful code

  • False product claims

  • Misleading ingredient or medical information

  • Copyright-infringing material

  • Obscene or unsafe imagery

1.5 Improper Commercial Use Users may not:

  • Resell AH-RIN products without written approval

  • Purchase items for commercial redistribution

  • Harvest images, text, or descriptions for competing stores

  • Use AH-RIN trademarks without consent AH-RIN products are sold for personal use only, unless otherwise authorized.

2. Fair Use of Discounts, Promotions & Rewards Users may not:

  • Abuse discount codes

  • Create multiple accounts to bypass limits

  • Use VPNs to manipulate regional pricing

  • Engage in fraudulent loyalty point accumulation

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer Shopify scripts to gain pricing advantages Such actions may lead to order cancellation, account suspension, or fraud reporting.

3. Prohibited Countries, Sanctions & Restricted Use Users may not access or use the Site:

  • From countries to which AH-RIN does not ship

  • For purposes of circumventing customs restrictions

  • In violation of international sanctions or import regulations This includes attempts to:

  • Mask location

  • Bypass ingredient restrictions

  • Re-route shipments to prohibited destinations

4. Security Responsibilities of Users Users must:

  • Maintain secure access to their account

  • Not share passwords with third parties

  • Notify AH-RIN immediately if suspicious activity occurs

  • Ensure information provided is accurate and lawful AH-RIN is not liable for losses due to compromised or shared accounts.

5. Enforcement & Actions AH-RIN May Take AH-RIN reserves the right to:

  • Warn or contact the user

  • Suspend or terminate accounts

  • Block access to the Site

  • Cancel orders

  • Refuse refunds

  • Flag accounts for fraud monitoring

  • Report illegal activity to authorities

  • Cooperate with banks, card networks, and payment processors Enforcement is determined at AH-RIN’s sole discretion.

6. Compliance With Laws Users must comply with:

  • The laws of the State of Wyoming, USA (under which AH-RIN operates)

  • Applicable consumer protection and data privacy laws in their country of residence (specifically including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, UK GDPR, and EU GDPR for our UK and European users)

  • International e-commerce standards

  • Customs regulations

  • Cosmetic import restrictions

  • Ingredient compliance requirements (especially in Middle Eastern regions) Failure to comply may result in declined orders or legal action.

7. Amendments to This Acceptable Use Policy AH-RIN may update or revise this AUP at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
