This Acceptable Use Policy explains rules for using our website, services, and related features. It works together with our Terms of Service, Website Terms of Use, Privacy & POPIA Policy, Security & Vulnerability Disclosure Statement, UGC Policy, and all other AH-RIN policies.

• Reading ingredient, routine and policy information.
• Submitting lawful reviews or feedback.
• Contacting support about orders and returns.

3. Cosmetic-Only Standard

All use of the Website, including reviews and content sharing, must respect the cosmetic-only nature of products. You may describe your own cosmetic experience, but you must not make medical or therapeutic claims, or tell others a product is medically “safe” or “unsafe” for specific conditions.

4. Protection of Our Services

We may monitor access patterns to protect against fraud, abuse, scraping and unlawful access. Monitoring is operational only and is processed in line with our Privacy & POPIA Policy and Data Retention & Deletion Schedule.

5. Breach of this Policy

If you breach this Policy, we may take any reasonable action, including:

• Suspending or restricting your account or access.
• Removing or moderating content you have posted.
• Cancelling fraudulent or abusive orders.
• Reporting unlawful conduct to relevant authorities.

6. No Unlawful Exclusions

Nothing in this Policy limits rights you have under South African consumer law or any mandatory local laws. In particular, nothing limits our responsibility for unsafe goods, gross negligence or unlawful conduct where such liability cannot be excluded.
